Our Guarantee

Hoover’s Hatchery guarantees live delivery of quality baby chicks of the breed you ordered and for 48-hours after you receive the birds. We guarantee all sexed birds to be 90% accurate as to sex. In producing our baby chicks we have followed established flock control standards, sanitary and disease control standards. We are dealing with live baby chicks and occasionally, despite our mutual efforts, something goes astray.

 

Our responsibility is to provide healthy, vigorous chicks delivered to you the best way possible.

 

Your responsibility is to start and care for the chicks according to specified standards.

 

If we do our job and through carelessness or neglect you do not do yours, we are not responsible.

 

Any chicks that are dead on arrival or lost during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. All orders, including replacement shipments, must meet established shipping minimum requirements. Shipping minimums exist to protect the health and safety of the birds during the shipping process. If issues occur on a replacement order, we will issue a refund instead of reshipping.

 

At no time will our guarantee exceed the original purchase price.
